Hello Navigator family, After more than three weeks of repairs, repainting, cleaning and preparations, the SYCAMORE NAVHOME at Agustin-Pabayo sts. was finally dedicated for the Lords service in a simple but meaningful gathering. About 45 people came to celebrate Gods goodness and by faith trusts God that this center will serve the purpose of helping people know the Lord Jesus and in turn make Him known to others and also help the others do the same. Some may doubt if this will work out but we firmly believe God will use this as an instrument for more people to come to deep genuine relationship with our Lord. Everything should be done in faith and this is one of those. This is just a means to an end not the end in itself. The sycamore tree that Zacchaeus used to see Jesus seems insignificant but that brought him to a genuine encounter with Jesus. He had several options of not bothering to see who this Jesus is or try to force his way to the thick crowd or be ashamed to climb because it would attract attention. Why would there be a sycamore tree on the first place? Was it coincidental for the tree to be there or is it really Gods will for it to happen that way in order for him to be able to connect with Jesus? We trust God that like the Sycamore tree many seekers will be able to connect with Jesus genuinely with this center. We are privileged to have a brother from Boston in the person of Jonathan Vickers to be our speaker who talked about what I shared above. I am personally blessed by the insights shared though he was sick but that did not prevent him from being used by God to challenged our faith.
