Hello Ninjas, Just want to give a huge “thank you” for making this past week a very successful and FUN week! We saw Star Week (group challenges) bring out efforts to no end. We witnessed among others and ourselves determination and tasks once thought impossible, POSSIBLE! Ya’ll are truly the best people in the world and you deserve a huge pat on the back! We are now back to our normal routine, competing with yourselves, but we will be mixing group challenges in our future programming just seeing the tremendous results and excitement it creates. Lord knows we would not be able to continue every week, we wouldn’t be able to walk! We have the top three award winners of Star Week, but know we are all winners! Vanessa is an amazing individual. She has most definitely shown her true strength as a woman and mother. Vanessa is 7 months pregnant and has continued to maintain her high level of athleticism. This is Vanessa’s fifth child and we all know how much dedication and hard work it is to keep up with kids and still have time and effort to keep herself to such a high standard. Congratulations Vanessa! She receives a months of unlimited CF membership dues! · Anniversary Party: Make sure you mark your calendar for our annual Anniversary Party, this year celebrating 5 wonderful years. Vested members please make all efforts to attend! This year’s party will be held at the same place, Rockport Beach Pavilion on October 26th at 1pm. · There’s a lot of personal items left in the gym. Please check the lost and found basket under the front counter for your items. If you have left a shaker or water bottle, these items will be in the kitchen cabinets. (washed) · Mobility: Mobility will be held this coming Thursday at 6pm at the GP location. · Oktoberfest CF Competition: We have 4 competitors : Josh Safarik, Emmanuel Ibbarra, Sarah Byerley and Jason Gillespie. Competition is Oct 11th. The competition is in Houston and there are quite a few of supporters going as well.
