Hello Only 2 weeks to go until friends, Kai and I walk the 3 peaks for PTSD Resolution. The walk is on Saturday 9th November. Hoping to have Christian French and Tim Wicks with their fluffies on board with us. Just waiting for them to man up and confirm . Anyone wanting to walk with us is welcome whether raising money or just fancy a walk or to show support. Theres no pressure to complete and no urgency for time. Kais never walked so far so how much I do will depend on him. Jim Dagless has organised this with his son Jake who hokd this cause close their hearts and for info.....hi hun, meeting point and free car parking can be found on gragg hill road in horton in ribblesdale. the first leg will require walking over the lines at the train station, its a raised platform for walkers so kai should be ok.24 miles is going to be a long walk for kai, if he cant make it past the first hill, or maybe even the second, we can walk you back to your car.but im determined to do all 3.... body willing was thinking about setting off at around 6am (from meeting point) to get an hours start in the dark before it gets light.... that way, even if it takes us 12 hours to do the 3... its still going to be light when we get back to the cars let me know please hun, and the more the merrier.
