Hello Parents! The day is here! First day of practice! Its a little crazy the first day of practice! So please bare with us. ALL PARENTS: must walk their child in to practice the first day. You must be checked off once we have your physical. I know some parents who came to the meeting I said could skip the line because you came on Saturday for the parenting meeting, unfortunately that changed :/ We will be stamping or giving your child a check off sheet for the coach to know that you have a physical and can practice. YOU MAY NOT practice with out a physical. Hilltop Medical and Pulse seem to be the popular choice for same day walk in physicals. Please remember we are checking football players and cheerleaders and it will take a little bit to get everyone through the line. There were several things talked about the meeting, I would like to let everyone know Practice clothes Shorts: No zippers, buttons or pockets (Walmart, Old Navy have good deals on soffe shorts) Tank top: No Spaghetti Straps (Walmart $3-3:47) T-Shirt: May not be tied in the back, no cuts down the side and tied. Shoes: Tennis Shoes (Walmart Cheer shoes $10) We will be placing another order for shoes if anyone would like to order an extra pair of shoes deadline is Thursday July 25, they are $20 Please remember: NO PARENTS ON THE TRACK. UNLESS YOU ARE WALKING OR RUNNING THE TRACK THE WHOLE TIME. we know parents stay to watch but you must sit behind the fence at all times. This is a Nor Cal Fed rule we must follow. Carpooling: If anyone can carpool to practices or games please let me know. I have a few parents looking for help with that. Competition Committee: Looking for someone to take charge of the decoration for competition. Making them for both sides of the gym, etc. (Reminder this will count toward your volunteer time to get your $50 back) SEE EVERYONE TOMORROW 6PM AT U-PREP HIGH SCHOOL
