Hello Shack Friends!!! We hope everyone had a great Christmas and we wish you abundant blessings in the New Year. Just wanted to update everyone on our expected opening. We plan to open our Drive-Thru only January 14th-18th then open the whole restaurant the following week on January 21st. The crawfish crop this year looks to be very good. There is live Louisiana crawfish available now but not in the quantities needed to supply the Shack. We need such a large volume of crawfish everyday to prevent from selling out so we prefer to wait until mid-January when a better supply is available to us. We will post again in a week or two with more updates.
