They comprise of the frozen pangasius fillet, the frozen whole pangasius, the frozen pangasius steak, the frozen pangasius portion. All of these categories have many different sizes and colors. The sizes: 2/4, 4/6, 6/8, 8/10, 10/12 Oz , 3/5, 5/7, 7/9, 9/11, 11/13 Oz or 120/140, 140/170, 170/220, 220 up Grs. The colors: White, Light Pink, Pink, Light Yellow, Yellow. Especially, the pangasius fillet includings two sorts (the untrimmed fillet and the well – trimmed fillet). The whole pangasius will be skinned – off or not. The products will be frozen by IQF freezer or Contact Freezer. The percentage of the glazing is from 5 to 30%. And they will be wrapped by PE/PA, then will be packed in the carton. The products can be wrapped by the PE/PA with many different weights ( For IQF, IVP, IWP products: 1kgs, 2kgs, 3kgs,…For bulk: 5kgs, 7kgs, 10kgs, 20kgs… For block: 5kgs, 10kgs, 15kgs, 20kgs,…). The cartons will be 10kgs, 20kgs, 30kgs cartons,… I guarantee that my frozen products are very delicious and nutritious.
