Hello Students Today I had a meeting with VC about those points. 1- Termination 2- Re-site Exam 3- Retake 4- Physic At the begging of our meeting I talked about all those issue which students told me or sent me by Face-Book massage and I asked him that entire question which you have asked me. UK-H looked at those students who have been terminated case by case; it means that there is no general decision, they looked at their attendance, grades, interaction, submissions then the committee finds out this decision. - Termination 1- Each student who terminate and he/she have a good reason to pass or she/he had an individual case please write an individual letter with a good a reason to V.C they will look again to his/her case to get her/his rights. 2- V.C had two meetings with ministry of higher education for those student who have been terminated, he said we will not let any students seat between two chairs either they seat at UK-H or any other Universities. This is just for AY2 and UG 3- For AY1 who have been terminated they have no problem to study in any public universities. - Re-take, Re-seat, and Physic 1- There is no before decision about the Re-Take and Res-Seat, until they see the results 2- Students can’t bring any lectures for the next year of their study ( level) 3- For the physic, they will see the results first. Then the committee finds out the decision. 4- About the condone: there is no automatic condone, but they looked at each students case one by one and after consultation with their instructors then they decided about that, to give condone or not.
