Hello! The Tucson Indian Center (TIC) is in need of Thanksgiving food donations for at least 100 families by November 25. The TIC usually receives donations from a food bank, but they were recently informed that they would not be receiving donations this year. We are conducting emergency fundraising and food drive to make sure that these families get a Thanksgiving dinner. We would appreciate your help! We would prefer to collect monetary donations because it would be difficult to store perishable items.The estimated cost of an average Thanksgiving meal for a family of 10 is $43.47. Checks may be made payable to the Tucson Indian Center. If you are not able to make a monetary donation, we will still gladly accept donations for the following items: • Turkeys • Stuffing • Boxed mashed potatoes • Gravy • Canned veggies • Cranberry sauce • Muffin mix • Pies Non-perishable items may be dropped off at the following location: Tucson Indian Center 97 East Congress Suite number 101 Tucson, Arizona 85701 (520) 884-7131 Thank you
