Hello, The decades spent rebuilding after a bloody and brutal civil war, is a testament to how resourceful the Balkan people are. In a few years they rebuilt so much and literally forged not one, but six, sovereign countries and had learn to trust each other again. To call these people anything but heroic would be an understatement. Reading about this tragedy while I sit here warm and rugged up breaks my heart. I dont know what to do. I dont have much money to send being poor myself. So I ask, no, beg you to help in anyway you can. It does not have to be money, just get the word out, spare some blankets, whatever. Sometimes thats all it takes. Nature does not care who is what religion, or nationality and is indifferent to who dies and who doesnt. Every year more and more people will be affected by climate change like this, forced to leave your home of generations for fear of being swept away by a flooding river or a mudslide. As if all the brutality that happened there wasnt horrible enough. Climate change is only set to get worse unless we change our ways. The next disaster like this could be in our own backyards all the same. Thank you, D
