Hello! This is my first post in this group and I just wanted to - TopicsExpress

Hello! This is my first post in this group and I just wanted to thank you all for the amazing wisdom you have shared! I have always been a bit ignorant when it comes to make up- I love it, I totally appreciate everything about it but I had just never thought to actually find out why most products look either too yellow or pink on my skin or why sometimes my face looks ridiculous in flash photography but you guys have made me much wiser and now I actually want to do my face properly! SO, question: I live regional in Australia. The make up I can get here is through Myer (Its a regional Myer so there is only Clinque, Chanel, Estee Lauder, Lancome and I think Yves Saint Laurent) the only other make up brand I can find around town is Napoleon Perdis. There is no way for me to get MAC or many other brands I would love to try unless I order online. I was wondering if you guys have any tips for this? Do you know if there is anyway I can get samples online (even if I have to pay for them)? So far Im thinking I will just have to try my luck and order or what until Im in another town. I really want to try Bobbi Brown, Illamasqua and MAC and it is for personal use, not professional. I am super pale and neutral. Also, I have done a search for make up artists and most of the ones in my area seems to advertise that they ONLY do Napoleon Perdis, so booking an appointment with a MUA to try products probably wouldnt help either. Sorry for the novel and thanks in advance!
