Hello Throwback Thursday! I recently uploaded this to my You Tube page from my personal VHS archives. Breakdancing was in full effect in 1984 as evidenced from this video that I took with my new camera. These kids were really cool to come over from across the street where they were breaking at a McDonalds parking lot and display their skills for us in attendance. The throwback element continues as you look at all of the 70s and 80s era cars driving around this gas station where the taping took place. This gas station was my part-time workplace at the time. The music of choice for them was an early Ice-T song, Reckless, that he performed in the 1984 movie Breakin. Ah, the summer of 84...what a time!
