Hello VSA! Im currently on the brink of hosting my first real event that was entirely planned on my own, so Ill need a lot of volunteers the day of to help with moving things from the cars to the ballroom, decorating, checking in people, welcoming guests, cleaning up afterward, etc. It would mean so much to me if any of you could be a part of my first official event! The event is an Awards Reception/Ceremony which takes place THIS SUNDAY, March 23rd at the Town & Country Resorts Hotel. Set-up starts at 2pm sharp so you can sleep in, but it would be nice if some of you could be there early around 1pm. The actual event will be from 4-6pm. It is also semi-formal attire.
