How great is our God!!! I recently saw the photos of Amiyahs progress. Hi Jen please pass this message onto your friend for me pls. Dear Vince and Wife. I remember this incident with my son so clearly. It was 2007 after the passing of my dad......that I received a phone call at work to say my son had had a epileptic fit. This was quite unusual as my family has no history of this illness. As you can imagine, my fear and anxiousness of this call. I immediately made my way to the gym where the incident occurred. I was shocked to see my son in that way. My heart sank and I ask God to help me through this. Ambulance was called and we made our way to the hospital. My son started to complain about his eyes hurting and to turn off the lights. Immediately the doctor took him down for an MRI scan!!! Then came the bad news my son had a bleed on the brain! fainted and cried.....uncontrollable. They needed to operate ASAP. I told myself that the devil now wants my son......I went home that nite and began praying followed by fasting. The next day the doctor explained the procedure I cried even more. I knew my Lord would not forsake me in my time of need.....so I prayed for God to hold the surgeon hand and make it successful. It was the longest wait if my life.....but after 8 hours the results were good. He had made it. So the power of pray does work. He never forsakes his own in their time of need.
