Hello Warriors, News from Mayo, after 4 additional tests and many doctors they are confirming Adenocarcinoma stage 4. We have been praying nonstop for things NOT to be in my body but now we have to pray for something to be there. I NEED to have ANY 1 of 4 mutations in my body. Having 1 of these 4 means that I get to try a better kind of chemotherapy. This would be a miracle of more time for us. They sent the lung samples from Muskegon and they will test them here at Mayo. If there is not enough tissue for good samples then I have to go back to Mayo & have lung surgery to get more samples. We refuse again to discuss the amount of time or odds because nothing good comes of it. We need me to be in the 10% of 100 patients and get some miracles along the way....and that is what I will fight for! So prayer summary: to have enough tissue to sample at Mayo and to have 1 of the 4 mutations!!! Be a blessing to someone today! ~ Lori
