Hello. Well it just doesnt seem to stop here in Santa Barbara. After the last fiasco with my service dog Reno, and the city has not done anything about it, the A. D. A coordinator is allowing the so-called warming center to only shuttle drunks and junkies to the places, and I have to get there on my own using my wheelchair. Example: last night it was at a church way up on State street. All the other homeless were driven in taxis and so they were able to take all their stuff. I had to use the bus and couldnt take anything. So as a result, I froze, because I am allergic to wool and so I couldnt use the blanket. And the city coordinator stated yesterday that non-profit organizations are not required to comply with the laws. Here is a video to prove Im telling the truth about this city:
