Hello World, Its been a tough day so far, woke to a throbbing headache and almost twelve hours later still got it. Cant eat, barely drink (water s about all) Ive slept 8 of those 12 hours, so cant sleep anymore. Now Im trying cold therapy (ice), sometimes ice works, sometimes heat (steamy showers). Sometimes nothing works but letting it run its course. But to find the humor in my situation all I can think is, Oh no, Ive become a lab rat and didnt realize it till just now. For anyone I was suppose to call or help, Im Sorry, as hard as Ive tried not too Im just gonna have to call or do those things tomorrow if the pain lets up.
