Hello all! As a breastfeeding mother of six kiddos, what are yalls opinions on breastfeeding in public? I feel that a mother should be able to nurse anywhere shed like. It is also legal in NC for mothers to do so (north Carolina law states that “…a woman may breastfeed in any public or private location where she is otherwise authorized to be, irrespective of whether the nipple of the mother’s breast is uncovered during or incidental to the breastfeeding.”) Babies have to eat and lets face it, no one wants to eat in a nasty bathroom or with a cover over their head. I do believe that it can be done without showing the whole world your breasts. I wear a tshirt with a tank top underneath and use the tshirt to cover my babys mouth. It looks like he is snuggled into my chest. Please share your opinions, I wont be offended :)
