Hello, all: CampusCats is happy to announce the opening for the volunteer-student position of Director of Fostering and Adoptions. The duties of this position require the member to maintain a database of foster volunteers and foster cats in the system. The director will also be responsible for placing cats in foster homes through advertising using mediums such as email, Facebbook, and phones. In addition to foster placement, the director will also handle the adoption process by managing applications, conducting transactions, and managing our Petfinder page. The position may also require visits to Petsmart on Saturdays at least once or twice a month. This can be a great line on your resume when you enter the job market in the future. To be considered, you must be a dues-paying member of CampusCats. As a reminder, this is not a paying position but is one based on volunteer community service.
