Hello all, I am hosting a Macmillan coffee morning and its now all booked and confirmed for SATURDAY 4th OCTOBER 11am-1pm in Wheaton Aston Village Hall. As I busily plan the event (and get baking!) I would love it if any of you would agree to helping on the day either to set up/tidy away, help with tea/coffee or by donating cakes so I can ensure the day is a great success and raises as much money as possible for this wonderful cause. I will also be selling raffle tickets leading up, on the day and for a week after the event so please let me know if youd like any. There are many great prizes from local pubs, restaurants and businesss including meals for 2 at The Spread Eagle, The Hartley Arms and The Longford House as well as afternoon tea for 2 at Dobbies garden centre worth £20.00 and a £30.00 pets at home voucher to name just a few.... I would be so grateful if people could contact me via Facebook on this post or private message or on my mobile at 07415047686. Please please please SPREAD THE WORD and come along on the day. If you are unable to make it on the day, I would really appreciate donations of cakes to help boosts funds so please feel free to contact me if you are willing/able to either bake or buy cakes for the day.
