Hello all! I am looking for Parents and Community Members who would like to help decide what organization should receive the 2015 WNY Partnership Coalition Award. The Partnership Coalition has been giving out an annual award at DD Day to highlight an organization that is showing they are integrating people with developmental disabilities in meaningful ways in setting the direction of the organization and are showing innovative ways to include people with developmental disabilities in they operations. I am a member of the committee that meets year-round to plan for the next award, and we are looking for parents and community members to come to the DDSO in West Seneca (this will be a one day or a few hours commitment), review the qualifying applications and help decide who should receive the award. This is your chance to be involved in giving some recognition. We will give interested individuals plenty of notice before the meeting. Please let me know if you are interested.
