Hello all, I certainly am not wealthy nor do I have a lot of expensive material things, however I am rich with the love and support from family and friends over the past month. I have received an abundance of cards, flowers, gifts. Family and friends have come to clean my house, bought me a new wardrobe to accommodate my discomfort after sx,, bought me an electric throw to keep my legs warm from the pain of chemo, brought me duroflame logs, firewood, and kindling, cooked home make foods to freeze, brought me honey to put in my tea to ease the abdominal pain, bought me a wig, and so much more. I cannot thank everyone enough. Another day coming up this Thursday. My head gets shaved just before my 2nd chemo treatment. Hopefully it will not fall out before then. I am trying to avoid the shock. Thank you again, and again, and again so much. I am very appreciative and blessed.
