Hello all, I just wanted to let you know that little Jacob is doing good and will be going home today. He has completed all the goals that the doctor had set for him. He is off his oxygen, got the feeding tube out and going the the bathroom like the doctor wanted. I just wanted to thank all the family and friends for being there in the time of out need. We truly appreciate all the support. Thank you to all the staff at Childrens hospital.
