Hello all! Im extremely new to this. I have a baby who has a skin condition that I have been researching and all arrows lead to healing the gut. So that has led me to certain foods which have included fermenting. I have never fermented anything in my life so I dont even know where to begin. Can you give me some basic things to start with and how to do them? I have 2 other little children that I want to introduce these foods to as well so something kid friendly would be great. Thanks for any and all advice. Much appreciated!
