Hello all! Our home made ravioli filled with minced lamb shoulder, peas and mint in a lamb and butter sauce will be on the menu again tonight! If you havent tried we suggest you do! Its absolutely delightful! The menu tonight is- Vegetarian- Caserecce with Sicilian pesto (fresh tomato, sundried tomato, ricotta, roasted almonds, basil) Meat- Homemade ravioli filled with minced lamb shoulder, peas and mint in a lamb and butter sauce. Seafood- Risotto with NT banana prawns, braised leeks and orange zest - gluten free. Dessert- Strawberry panna cotta, Espresso panna cotta.
