Hello all. The weather has turned cold and wintry here in Wellington today - I do hope you are all keeping cosy somewhere sheltered and warm. Diffusing in the shop today is our lovely Beautiful Feel Good Synergy. This beautiful blend is wonderful for picking you up and helping you feel good. It contains Grapefruit - a zesty and uplifting antidepressant, Petitgrain - distilled from the leaves and twigs of the bitter orange tree, this oil is often used in place of the more expensive Neroli which is distilled from the flowers. It is uplifting and refreshing with pronounced soothing qualities. Geranium - invaluable for treating female hormone imbalances, it has a light rosy aroma and is uplifting. Rose - The Queen of essential oils is another useful oil in treating imbalances of the female reproductive system. It is also wonderfully comforting and uplifting, and is a beautiful addition to skincare treatments for dry, mature and sensitive skin. Neroli, again distilled from the flowers of the bitter orange tree is a potent antidepressant. It is wonderful in sleep treatments due to its sedative properties and has been used successfully to treat heart palpitations. It has a light, citrussy floral scent.
