Hello all my loves, Well going to do a few updates. My at home nurse came and drew my labs on Monday! Monday night I got a call my potassium was very low. So I called CTCA! they said I had to go to the ER and get potassium. So I went to Carbondale. They took me right in over all the people waiting. I told Thomas man this low potassium must be serious. I got back there then we waited. They werent doing much we were just waiting and waiting. Then out of no where my lips started tingling. I asked the nurse why she said side effect of low potassium. Once that started I went into full blown potassium deficiency. My arms drawn up and my fingers drawn up and started cramping. I was tingling all over my legs were stiff. My heart rate went up to 176 and my breathing went four times faster then normal. I started begging for help I thought I was going to die. I was begging for help. They of course started right away taking labs. Pumping meds in. They made me look at Thomas and breath when he did and he worked so hard on calming me down. He talked to me and rubbed my face. I dont know what I would of done without him. Once they got the potassium in me my body started to relax. It was one one the scariest things ever. I pray I never have that happen again. They keep me over night just because it took that long to get all the potassium in me I needed. I came home yesterday. I have been ok so far. I leave tomorrow to head up to Chicago for my next round of chemo. To say I am said is an understatement. As of yesterday I was still vomiting. :( so far none today. Fingers crossed I dont. I am not ready to start over. I will update when I can on the trip. Thanks for all the love and prayers. Love you all too! ❤️Tara
