Hello,am Collins from Ghana 27yrs,i was born with cleft lip and i was with it for 18yrs so i really know what kids born with cleft lip in Ghana go through,in my own smoll way i have come up with a foundation to help give hope and smile to these poor kids, I remember my mum once told me many were those who ask her to kill me when i was a newborn baby because they have never seen a child like me brfore,27years down the line,i always feel sad about how people still speculate about kids with cleft lip,let us all help save these poor kids because some are drying thank you,am Collins from Ghana,west Africa
