Hello aoa. I ve already gvn the recipe of veg aalu kachori bfr...Now heres the recipe of QEEMA KACHORI made in a really easy way (plz ask any questions thru inbox/msg ) recipe.... ings... For the covering... flour/maida 2 cups oil or ghee 5 tbsps salt pinch baking powder 3/4 th tbsp warm water or milk to knead the dough method.... knead the dough with enough water or milk to make a soft dough.keep covered fr an hour. FOR BRUSHING....1 egg beaten lightly with a pinch of salt n pepper. FOR THE FILLING.... make the same filling with qeema(mince meat )that u make fr samosa or make this....For the filling- mince meat 250 gms. oil 3 tbsps onion 2 to 3 chopped finely ginger garlic paste 1 tsp each turmeric a pinch red chilli pdr 1 tsp or more green chilli finely chopped 4 nos. garam masala pdr 1/4 tsp coriander 3 tbsps chopped salt to taste Method for the filling-.. heat oil, add the onions & mince.stir.add the rest of the ingre. cook till it is dry & tender. method.fr kachoris... 1.take the dough ,divide it into 2 portions n roll out a thin n big roti with one portion. 2.make light dents with a glass,its like drawing circles,dont cut thm out with the glass. 3.inside the drawings/dents/circle, brush beaten egg lightly n place 1 tbsp of filling(see pic 1) 4.roll out the other portion into another big roti n put on top(see pic2) 5.take the same glass n cut out the bumps(see pic 3) 6.u will get round n puffed saucers like these(see pic4).press the edges of these to seal tightly. 7.Heat oil,deep fry these kachoris on low flame till golden brown. Kachoris shld be khastha not crisp.
