Hello band supporters ! FITNESS WORK /Zumba will be donating our drop in fees to THE TIGER BAND the week of July 22-27! What this means is that if YOU drop in to do a class, the money will go to our band!! All classes are at RHS (usually in the AUXILLARY GYM) HERE IS WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER:) BODY SCULPT/TONE Monday and Wednesday 5:00-5:30 PM $3:00 ZUMBA Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:15 PM $3.00 *the cost of Zumba and body sculpt together is $5.00 BodyBlast ( cardio and body tone together ) Tuesday 4:30-5:30 PM $3.00 Yoga-All levels flow Tuesday 5:30-6:15 PM $3.00 *The cost of Body blast and yoga together is $5.00 Cardio Kick boxing Thursday 4:30-5:30 PM $3.00 Pilates/Yoga Thursday 5:00-5:30PM $3.00 ($3 total both) HIIT/Tabata.
