Hello batchmates! Kmusta na lahat? Can I say something here for all batchmates to read? I hope I can get voluntary comments without any violent reactions. As we all know, the truth shall set us free. Here it goes...I have nothing against the upcoming nominations and elections. I have nothing against people who has nothing but good intentions to make BIES ’83 organization a huge success. I have nothing against people who voluntary give their time, effort and money to be able to reach our mission, and vision for our batch. You are all appreciated. From the bottom of my heart and I think everyone will agree on this one, that we would like to thank all of you for the participation. It might be big, or small but the important thing is we are all part of our BIES ’83 big family. Now, with all these things said, I would like to reiterate that in achieving a harmonious relationship among BIES 83 family members, we should always first and foremost RESPECT each other. While we are still waiting for the end of nomination and day of election, let all be informed that the INCUMBENT OFFICERS shall continue with their function and shall continue their reign, until such time that new BIES ’83 OFFICERS get elected. Meaning, Chairman Erwin, Asst. Chairman Luz, Treasurer Belen, Auditor Zeny, and the rest of the appointed Officers will still be in position. For information of all our batchmates abroad, and in the Philippines, the BIES ’83 original OFFICERS are not soliciting money after the reunion. IF there’s anyone soliciting money for their own organization which they claim is BIES related activity, we are not tolerating this kind of activities. Also, if anyone agreed to donate to these “acclaimed BIES related activity”, BIES Original officers shall not be responsible for the loss of your donations. As-of-to-date, Treasurer Belen is the one and only SOLE PERSON handling all our finances which are all accounted for. If the officers request for a person or group of people to turn-over your collections, it is for good intention that we do not want to lose the trust of those people who entrusted us with their donations, whether in cash or in goods. If anyone feels violated or threatened by individuals or group, please do not hesitate to come out and tell the truth. And for those individuals or group who takes advantage on other peoples fear and kindness, PLEASE BEHAVE. Always remember, I will borrow from Ms. Congeniality movie dialogue, “ BIES Batch 83 is like a big ship, we are all in this one big ship.
