Hello everybody! It’s a bit of a cloudy day here today BUT it’s dry and quite warm so I don’t mind at all! Maybe it’s someone else’s turn to get the wuvely sunshine; we all need it! BOL! I’ve been a very good girl for Mummy and Daddy; I wuv it when they are proud of me, AND it, sometimes, means I get a few extra treats! Mummy is very careful with the amount I eat, though, and I’m thankful for that, even though I WUV my food! I may wuv it but I don’t want to become round and not be able to move very much! It would be soooooo boring! Mummy and I had a wuvely walk this morning. The strong wind we’d battled through yesterday afternoon had gone and it was nice and calm. I’m enjoying our favourite lane to its utmost again, now that the barking dogs are kept at the back of their house. We don’t have to wonder if any of them are going to jump the fence anymore! It means a much more leisurely walk, following scent trails! We saw Scruffy and his mummy again this morning. He’s looked soooooo tidy since it’s been dry that I think that we shall have to rename him! BOL! Rain is due for tomorrow, so he’ll be back to his usual descriptive self! I was ever so pleased to see them and went all ‘Mad Cairn’ which made Scruffy’s mummy laugh! I still felt full of madness when we got home and I ran around the house at top speed, including up and down the stairs. It’s the closest I can get to flying and, maybe, if I keep working on the skill I MIGHT be able to use it to catch some of those birds! Mummy says I need wings to fly and no matter how long or hard I try, it just isn’t going to happen! Maybe she’s right and most of the fun is in the chase anyway! I managed to get Mummy to give me ‘training treats’ for already learned skills yesterday! I put on the cutest face I could, and it worked! I don’t think I’ll be able to keep it going for ever, though, as she’s keen to teach me new things too! I don’t mind learning new things; I’ve learned soooooo much since I’ve been here, it’s just EASIER to be rewarded for something I can already do! BOL! Mummy is having a change around in the timings of her day, which means that my barkings will be appearing later than usual, so if you think you’ve missed them, it may be because it will be the afternoon when she posts them for me! Let me know if you don’t get them and I’ll try to make sure you do, if Facebook is willing! Bol! Right! I must stop now as Mummy has work to do and I’m due for a snooze! I’ll be back later to see you all! That’s the good thing about Mummy’s new schedule; I’ll be around more, later in the day so those of you who are behind us in time may even get to see me MORE! BOL!
