Hello everybody! My name is Laura, Im a spanish girl looking for 2 non-spanish flatmates for the next semester. The description of the flat: 118 sqm flat, 5 minutes walk from Blaha Lujza tér. Ideal location and very well connected to the universities. The flat is surrounded by public transport (Metro 2, Tram No. 4-6, bus 74) and close to party area. The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a classical building. The building has elevator. Rooms are furnished, living room is with two sofa and television and the 3 bedrooms are with double bed in each one. All of the rooms are very bright. The flat is fully equipped; washing machine, Wi-Fi, television, big fridge, oven, microwave, toaster. The rent is from 1st of February until the 30th of June. And the price is 240€ plus utilities (Its going to be around 300€/month).
