Please forgive me if I did not point to your name but the clock is ticking..... The goals you have set are important for 2 reasons, (in the least...) 1. For ourselves- Our goals, regardless of the mileage, venue or medium, help to define who we are in relation to the world around us...these goals compound on one another creating a substantial point of reference from which other more substantial decisions can be made... 2. For others- Our goals set a standard of sorts and encourage others to make better themselves by taking the risk and toeing the line on their own... In a way, you make it safer for others to explore opportunity for change... You have inspired me and held me accountable as well. Collectively, we simply sharpen one another... I appreciate you allowing me into your lives... I hope I have tread lightly but directly and with compassion... March 2014 will serve as the last month for Black Market Fitness. I will continue to train a few clients in home but overall I will be stepping away from my professional role of coaching athletes to pursue my own goals in a different medium... Thank you, thank you, thank you, Its been an honor and a pleasure... Sincerely, Tracy McKay BMF / gym will be open for the GROUP FITNESS/ MORNING CLASSES ONLY... I will be available to answer any questions you have then...
