Hello everyone!! I am graduating in December and I am searching for a male subleaser for the spring. Here are some details about the apartment: - Rent is $400/month (Utilities are separate but they are pretty inexpensive each month) - 4 bedroom/2 bathroom - Washer, dryer, and dishwasher in apartment - Apartment is within walking distance of campus (Apartment is on Faculty St behind the old Blockbuster) - Dumpster and recycling is located at the far end of the parking lot so you dont have to worry about leaving trash out by the street for weekly pickup - Each tenant of the apartment complex has a parking space if needed Tell your friends!!
