Hello everyone, I am on day 9 of my 1st FC. So far, I have lost 8 lbs. Yeah!!!! I am really enjoying learning more about the different greens and how they keep your body healthy. Now, I have read the book a few times, but I believe I am on information overload. I want to continue to lose this weight and become healthier so I would like assistance with the direction I need to take. I have seen some people say they are going on the modified cleanse after they complete the FC. Is that correct or should we be using the recipes in the back? I would love some suggestions on the best route to take. I am leaning towards using some of the weight loss recipes. Thanks
