Hello everyone, I have a friend with an available room in his flat from the 26th of december until the 26th of june. The room is fully furnished with a 140x200cm bed. The apartment has two bedrooms, one living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat is located 300 meters from the the subway station of Hammarbyhöjden on the green line to Skarpnäck, it takes 12-15 min to get to T-centralen and between 20 and 25 to go to KTH, the neighborhood is rather calm and nice with a forest nearby for those who like running. The rent is 5950.00 sek per month plus a 1000 sek to pay when arriving (only once =P) for the internet for the six months (it was not included in the rent I had to pay it myself) You will be sharing the flat with him. He is a swiss student from Lausanne (EPFL) studying physics. He is 21 years old. The only thing is that he will be leaving Stockholm during the month of march and you will have to look yourself for a new flatmate when he leaves, but that shouldnt be too difficult.
