Hello everyone! I havent been logged in here for some time, so I thought it was time to check back in. I have been focused on developing the background concept behind a fictional project and part of that concept involves the popular export culture coming from South Korea called Hallyu. Theres a very entertaining book on the topic by Euny Hong called The Birth of Korean Cool for anyone interested in understanding why the government of SKorea is supporting K-Pop, etc. amazon/The-Birth-Korean-Cool-Conquering/dp/1250045118 Unfortunately, reality often mirrors fiction or is even more tragic -- and that has happened today: A car crash scene from the fictional project (inspired, in part, by numerous reports of K-Pop stars in automobile accidents) haunts me as I must report that EunB, of the very talented, hard working, up and coming K-Pop group Ladies Code, was killed in a terrible accident earlier today (Korean time).
