Hello everyone, I hope you all are enjoying your weekend. Ive seen quite a few Shout Outs posted over the last 48 hours so Id like to quickly revisit the Rules of Engagement for them. When you post a Shout Out please remember to include your loved ones name, rank, company and platoon. Without all that information it is really difficult for the chaplain to track them down and deliver the message. Also, please keep the notes short--words of encouragement are great, so are birthday wishes and so forth. Just remember that these arent substitutes for mail, so please keep those letters coming--your loved ones look forward to getting them each day at mail call. Lastly, please keep in mind that with nearly 1,000 trainees here in this battalion and only one chaplain, the notes dont always get delivered--but we do our best.
