Hello everyone!! I hope you have all had a wonderful christmas!! Heres a little something I made today useing some fab PPC tools! Recipe to follow below! Dont forget to take a look at the upcoming offers and if u see this post, please give me a wave!!! :-) ***white chocolate and winter berry waffles*** * 2 packs of toasting waffles * 200g of white chocolate (or more ;-)) * 600ml of Single Cream *3 eggs * frozen berries of your choice defrosted ** roughly cut one pack of waffles and spread them over the base of your dish ** useing the PPC chopper, cut 100g of chocolate and spread over the waffles ** spread half the berries on top ** repeat the process with the remaining waffles, chocolate and berries. ** blend the cream and eggs together and pour over the pudding. ** bake in the oven at 180/GM 5 for approx 15-20 mins. Serve with delicious icecream!!! Yum!! Xx
