Hello everyone!! I hope your holiday season has been great... as the New Year approaches I am hoping to help spread the word more than ever on getting healthy, getting sober, getting fit, letting go, healing old wounds, finding happiness, and following your bliss!! I have sent invitations to like my Strawberry Moon page and Alliance For Addictions Solutions page, which is the organization I am a board member. The intention for both pages is to help educate and guide you to better living. All of the work I do and those I co-create with, come from a place of pure intention for healing minus the judgement, shame and blame.
