Hello everyone, Our director continues to battle MRSA in her hand and is seeing the Orthopedic surgeon every other day. At her last post-op there was still serious concern that she will likely have her finger amputated as the infection continues to erode the bone and is not responding to IV or oral antibiotics post-surgery. She reports that she has been given another antibiotic, making that 3 she takes every day 4 times per day, Drs. have added a soak routine, and that her pain is fairly well controlled with oral medication. Dedicated volunteers continue to provide for the daily care of the animals at the farm and everyone is doing well! Please continue to send her your prayers and healing energies!
