Hello everyone. We had another spectacular day of racing at Dirt Poor Raceway. Charboneau Masonry & Property Maintenance night with double features in all classes. In the Pro class we saw the first feature go to a very determined Justin Rocket man Severerance with Joe Sure thing Sherwood taking a close second Just Joe Paquette taking 3rd and Chris Whittemore with another solid run in 4th. For the second Pro feature it was the Rocket Man with his second win of the night followed by Joe Paquette in second and Chris Whittemore rounding out the top 3. For the Sportsman class we saw the first feature go to a very hard charging Justin Bolster in the 3T with Toby Alger in the new Bud Light Lime #20 taking second Allen Fenton in 3rd and Jason Paquette rounding out the top 4. In the second feature of the night again we saw the 3T of Bolster taking his second win of the night again followed by Toby Alger in the #20 Bud machine and rounding out the top three was Matt Guillette. Again we had a full field of the new Rookie class again with 7 cars. The first of 2 features going to new commer Ralph followed by Skip and rounding out the top 3 with Miles.Meghan Firecracker Bradley racked up her second win in a row in the second feature followed by Ralph and a hard charging and determined to win in the very near future Johnny Woodbury. All in all a great day of racing and the midpoint of the season. There is still a lot of racing left and still anyones championships to win. The rookie class has been a great addition to our weekly show and we look forward to hosting them the rest of the season. The track has been in great shape all season and will only continue to get better. Joe, Jason and Toby are working very hard on it week in and week out. Tim Continues to give us a very well maintained facility to enjoy. We couldnt ask for more. The snack stand and clubhouse still continues to impress and has really been a great addition for everyone to enjoy. A lot of great stories told in the clubhouse after the racing is done. ok with all of that said.....here are the points to date.
