Hello everyone We will be starting our build at the ponds in the coming weeks but I had a question about the final occupation certificate our builder will provide us at the end of our build and completion of landscaping . We have opted for the interim certificate so we can do some stuff ourselves but what is considered complete ? Can we put retaining walls, fences, grass and driveway down and obtain the full occupation certificate or do we have to complete the full landscaping to what was approved by the ponds and blacktown council to receive it?
