Hello everyone here I upload the text again with small change. Taking the comments by Giuliana, Colette, and Duilio, I added the discussion for the case of Brazil & alternatives; plus small section under title Accommodating the G4. yes removing P5 is not easy, thus we propose to increase P5 to P7 or P8. Now you can all come in and revise or add...using different colors would allow us to see the changes very easily/quickly. Harpreet, I agree with vote to be weighted by population, economy, & commitment to the UNSC actitivities (if you could add this..,,,I already mentioned a bit .. you can elaborate or so). Dubravko, the idea of having independent court to evaluate legality of the security councils decision is good one. But the court shouldnt make the choosing of the new members. The new (non-) permanent members should be elected by the General assembly or the corresponding region or continent (as G4 suggests). It would be nice if you could also add this idea into the text.
