Hello everyone... we are a first-time foster family. Meet Tonka aka Spencer (we think hes much too gentle to be named Tonka!). Hes been with us for 7 days. Poor guy has a whole host of health issues that were working thru, slowly but surely (kennel cough, double ear infection, hook, whip, & heart worms.... scheduled for neutering & one other minor surgery next week). Hes house-trained & seems to understand basic commands. A gentle giant.... except when hes demanding love & attention! Found him on the couch for the 1st time last night. I think hes getting acclimated just fine. :)
