Hello everyone, well this will probably be one the most important Ive made here. I think finally Im getting a bit of super good luck. I posted an ad looking for a place that was commercially zoned on the main/ground floor and had an apartment type suite above it. I really didnt expect much because I had been looking already for a few days. Well today I get a phone call from a lady that has a place that is basically perfect for what we need. The main floor is already commercial zoned, it does need work to convert it to the sanctuary but it is doable. It also has an apartment suite upstairs that I can live in and be right there with the kitties. The next awesome thing is that the owner is very happy to have my sanctuary establish there. Thats what she wanted there, so shes fully supportive and on board for this. She has made me an awesome deal to. To rent the entire place, thats the commercial area and the residential area will be $2000.00 per month , and the major bonus is that all the utilities are included. Thats saves almost $1000.00 a month alone ! I think this is the once in a lifetime opportunity and Im so hoping it works out and it can happen. Then everyone will be safe and I can actually help more critters in need. Im really kind of stunned, shocked and scared silly. I cant lose this chance. I dont know what to do right at the moment, other than we really desperately need their beds soon and Im not sure on what to do. I meet the lady tomorrow at 2pm at the place so she can show me everything and I guess we can discuss rent and everything else thats needed. I have no idea how Ill be able to pull this off but please forgive me I beg like crazy or offer to sell a kidney? Lol. But Ill wait and try to be calm and have positive thoughts. I must get this place if its the right thing. Everyone will be safe and legal and I can expand. Plus my daughter even suggested that we could sell crafts etc from local people and that would help both them and the sanctuary. But Im rambling away here because Im just so exited and scared. This is the perfect chance , I sure hope its good and we can pull it off if it is. Also this lady is a writer and has a lovely book out I will post a link to her page.
