Hello family. I have a little story of thanksgiving. it started 2 years ago when I had a little health scare. I weighed 235 lbs, had high cholesterol, diabetes and blood pressure. My doc looked at me one day and told me I WOULD have a stroke or heart trouble within a year. Well he scared the hell out of me so I decided to do something about it. So you know the outcome, I lost 75 lbs which lowered my cholesterol from 450 to 175. No more diabetes and even lost the sleep apnea. So the bottom line is that I am thankful for my life which gave me my baby my sweet mom my fantastic sister gorgeous brothers and all my sweet other sisters. And of course all those wonderful nieces and nephews. This all may be a little dramatic(which Ive always been) but Bobs sister, who is my age, had bypass surgery today so I realized that could have been me. She seems to being ok though, thank god. So there you go my reason to feel so blessed and thankful.
