Hello family, greetings to you in the name of the Lord Jesus. It is indeed a very beautiful month and as our man of God Pastor Chris said by the Spirit, it is our month of prayer. Which means we will emphasize on prayer this month precisely praying in the spirit. Praise the Lord. Starting from this month, I will be beginning a series that i believe will bless you and many young people all over the world. it will be on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and i know that by the spirit, it will change lives all over the world just as the Lord said to me, It is titled DESTINY. For those closely follow me on social media, you will notice i have been putting up the word DESTINY a couple of times. i pray you are blessed by this series of teaching. God bless you. DESTINY Destiny, assignment, purpose have been slightly controversial topics especially to many youths. Many people have wrecked their lives either attempting to fullfil destiny and many more living unfulfilled lives because they never even knew their destiny for life or purpose of existence in the world. Let us firstly attempt to really understand the word DESTINY. I personally looked this word up in the OXFORD DICTIONARY and this were the definitions they gave. * a necessary fate to which a particular person or thing is destined. *a pre determined course of events considered as something beyond human power or control Beautiful attempts to define the word in context but i still dont fully agree with it although there is purely an aorta of truth in it. i could as well argue an inability to fully explain the word especially from the first definition seeing clearly that the word was even repeated in the definition destined. In the second definition, there was a clearly an admission of the divine element which takes it a little above the heads of natural attempts to define. it is almost like trying to find God out in the laboratory. It wont be possible because Jesus made a profound statement in John 4:24 God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. To find God out then, what lenses do we use?? paul made a striking statement in 1 cor 2:14 ....but the natural man does not accept the things of the spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him: neither can he know them , because they are spiritually discerned. This exponds and explains why people argue the existence of god, deity, angelic beigns and the realm of the spirit entirely. DESTINY is divine and therefore we cant fulfill it using our human mind only. We must firstly agree that man is a spirit and life is spiritual else we will miss it from the start. i have preached, taught, mentored lots of young people in most parts of the country and beyond and you find out most of them asking questions that are almost around the same tone. Why am i in this world? Who was i born to be?? Was i born by mistake?? What is my purpose in the world?? We will firstly take some examples to help us develop the right foundation for this series. We concluded that Man is a spirit and life is spiritual. Job 32:8 shows us that ......there is a spirit in man and the breath of the almighty giveth them understanding. The physical realm is just somewhat subject to the activities in the Spirit realm . nothing takes place in this physical plane without it being manipulated from the spiritual plane of life. So before any man can duly thirst to know his or her purpose for living, you have to know who controls your affairs in the realm of the spirit. I encountered true destiny after meeting jesus. So before we go further, if you have not given your heart to Jesus, i will like you to say this prayer after me. OH LORD GOD, I COME TO YOU IN THE NAME OF JESUS, YOUR WORD SAYS, WHO SOEVER CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED, RIGHT NOW , I BELIEVE THAT JESUS DIED FOR ME AND I CONFESS THAT HE WAS RAISED FROM THE DEAD FOR ME. I CONFESS THAT JESUS THE LORD OF MY LIFE. I AM A CHILD OF GOD , I AM BORN AGAIN, IN JESUS NAME. AMEN If you said this prayer with us, i congratulate you, you are now part of God s family and Jesus is in charge of your life and activities in the realm of the Spirit.
