Hello friends, I need some help, if anyone knows anyone who is anyone at AT&T PLEASE forward these questions. 1. Why am I still waiting after 2 months for them to FINISH my installation? 2. Why are they more concerned about customer security than customer support? 3. Why is it when you call you can NOT connect with someone in the USA? 4. Why are all operators foreign speakers so you /I can NOT understand the words coming out of their mouths? 5. How is it I get the bill but cant see the t.v.? Thank you for your help oh, and stay with Comcast!
