Hello friends today a man called about poppers he saw a sign and wanted to help he is on SSI and in need of a small dog and I said lil poppers is not up for placement now he is under medical foster and he said can he please have a small dog one fixed and current on shots- can anyone take this over- he likes small dogs 10 lbs or so.. If you want to call him PM me for his contact info- I am sure he just wants to home 1 forever, I do not know him- he saw a flyer and wanted to make sure Poppers was safe, So he cannot go down and adopt one he is disabled but maybe if someone has one they need to place contact him OK? thanks
